Refund Policy

90 Days Free Return

If there's nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your Fan, Lamp, or Ceiling Lighting, you can still return it as long as 90 days from the delivery date. LED Mirrors and Motion Sensor lights can be returned within 180 days. To ensure that we can accept your returned items, please follow the provided return instructions.

Return Instructions / Self-Serve Returns

• Step 1: initiate a return 

To initiate a return, log in customer account and submit return requests to us, or simply contact us by email with the order number and claim return. As long as it's within 90 days from the delivery date, you are eligible for returns.

Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with return instructions email (free return label, tracking number, and return address included).

• Step 2: receive a free return label

Please print the return label (free shipping waybill), and attach it to the return parcel.

• Step 3: post the return parcel within 15 days

Please include the product and all accessories in the original parcel, and visit the nearby pick-up point to post the parcel in time.

• Step 4: go through inspections

After receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items, and if they are in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.

• Step 5: full refund / exchange

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days, and if you wish to exchange the product, we will arrange for a new shipment within 1-3 working days.

Cancellation

Before completing your checkout, please carefully review all spellings, dates, and names. If you need to cancel your order, you are welcome to contact us within 12 hours of placing it for any reason. Please note that after 12 hours, your order will be in the processing or shipping stage, and we cannot cancel it.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:

If an item we have sent you is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full or partial refund or exchange. Should your item be lost, we will resend it if possible; otherwise, you will be refunded.

When will I Receive My Refund?

We understand the importance of timely refunds. We guarantee that your order will be refunded within two working days after it is collected from our property.
