The warranty excludes labor costs for installation, removal, or replacement of lighting fixtures, fans and their parts. It also excludes remote control batteries and light bulbs. Purchases from unauthorized dealers, or without order numbers, sale receipts, are not covered either.
If your item is out of warranty, you're required to order a new spare or replacement, and contact us with the original order number, as well as offering a valid reason to us. We will process the item and deliver to your on time.
